Refund policy

 

Because all of our art prints are made to order, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference.

Non-Refundable Items

All print-on-demand products are final sale. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Art prints

  • Posters

  • Framed prints

  • Canvas prints

Please review product descriptions, sizing information, and images carefully before placing your order.

Damaged or Defective Items

We will gladly replace or refund items that arrive damaged or defective.

To be eligible for a replacement or refund:

  • The damage must be clearly visible and caused during production or shipping.

  • You must report the issue within 14 days of delivery.

  • You must provide clear photographic evidence of the damage, including:

    • The damaged item

    • The packaging (if applicable)

Claims submitted after the 14-day window may not be accepted.

How to Report an Issue

Please contact us at service@bellepoche.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Supporting photos of the damage

Once reviewed and approved, we will offer either:

  • A replacement at no additional cost, or

  • A refund, at our discretion

Shipping Errors

If you receive an incorrect item due to our error, please notify us within 14 days of delivery, and we will arrange a replacement.
